摘　　要：介绍一种新的电导率测量方法,该方法采用方波进行测量并选择合适的点进行取样,同时使用半导体恒温器进行恒温,减小了电极的极化现象与电缆线电容对电导率测量的影响,大大提高了测量精度。This paper introduces a new way to measure the conductance. We adopt rectangular wave to measure and sampling at special spots. At same time, we can keep the temperature stable by the semiconductor caloristat. By this means, the error caused by the capacitance of cable and polari-zation in measuring conductance can be efficiently decreased, and cons-equently raising the accuracy of measurement to a higher quantity level.
