摘　　要：采用热光弹法与有限元法，研究了３．０ｔ矩形弧边钢锭模模口角部厚度变化对钢锭模热应力分布的影响，并进行优化设计，使钢锭模的使用寿命提高１倍。The effect of entrance thick change of a 3 ton rectangular steel ingot mould on thermal stressdistribution of mould has been studied using thermal photoelastic method and finite element analysis in this paper. The service life of mould was increased by one time as compared with general design.
