铁水预脱硅中防止生成泡沫渣初探

摘　　要：在６０ｋｇ铁水罐中，加入石灰，用浸入式喷枪吹氧脱硅，无泡沫渣生成。随耗氧量增加，脱硅量增加，可将铁水中含硅量降到０．１５％以下。并探讨了铁水预脱硅防止生成泡沫渣的原理。The foaming slag is not observed while injecting oxygen into a 60 kg ladle for desilication.It was found that the higher oxygen consumption is,the higher degree of silicon removal is.This method provides a path of the silicon content being less than 0.15%.In the present paper,the principle of preventing slag from foaming in pre-desilication of hot metal is discussed.
