摘　　要：宝钢3号高炉喷吹煤粉装置采用双系列、双罐串联、总管加分配器直接喷吹方式,设计喷吹能力为120kg/t。制粉系统采用中速磨负压操作,喷吹煤种为强爆炸性烟煤。该装置自1994年10月投产以来,运行状态良好,喷煤量已达到设计能力。The Baoshan Steel No.3 BF pulverized coal injection system-consists,of.two injection lines with serial injection hoppers,main feed pipe and distributors.The coal pulverizing system is equipped with mid-speeded grinder and operated under negative pressure.The coal injected is a strongly explosive bituminous coal.The PCI system has been operating well since it was put into operation in October,1994,and the pulverized coal injection rate has reached design capacity
