摘　　要：党的组织路线的核心,是党的干部问题,尤其是党的高级领导干部问题。党的干部特别是党的高级领导干部问题,是实现党的政治路线的骨干和保证。认真学习和领会党中央主要领导人关于领导干部队伍建设的论述,对于我们进一步提高政治文明建设水平,建设一支高素质的干部队伍,具有极其重要的现实意义。The core of the Party＇ s organization line centers on the Party＇ s cadres, especially the high-rank cadres, who are the mainstays in implementing the political line of the Party. Learning and understanding of the main leaders＇ instructions about the contingent of cadres is of great significance to further improve the building of political civilization and contingent of high-quality cadres.
