摘  要:2月龄雌性SD大鼠进行10周大强度跑台运动后出现运动性动情周期抑制现象,以模拟长期耐力运动训练后女运动员出现的运动性闭经病理现象,观察运动性动情周期抑制雌性大鼠股骨ER蛋白、ER mRNA的变化。采用放免测定血清雌激素水平,免疫组织化学法测定股骨ER蛋白的表达,RT-PCR法测定股骨ER mRNA的表达。结果显示,与对照组相比,运动性动情周期抑制雌性大鼠血清雌激素水平降低,股骨ER蛋白的表达升高,股骨ER mRNA的表达无显著性差异。结果提示,10周大强度跑台运动从转录后水平影响了运动性动情周期抑制雌性大鼠股骨ER的表达。2-month female SD rats were carried through high intensity training in treadmill for 10 weeks. After training, rats displayed that their estrous cycle were inhibited to simulate phenomena of athlete secondary amenorrhea. We observed the change of ER and ER mRNA in exercise-induced estrous cycle inhibited female tats. We used radioimmunoassay to determine the level of estrogen and immunity histochemistry to determine the level of ER in femur. Then we used RT-PCR to assay the level of ER mRNA in femur. It has been shown that the level of estrogen were decreased and the level of ER in bone were increased in exercise-induced estrous cycle inhibited female rats than toose in control. But the expression of ER mRNA in bone were similar with those in control. The results indicated high intensity training affected the level of ER of femur in exercise-induced estrous cycle inhibited female tats from post transcription.
