摘  要:通过录像解析、文献资料和专家咨询等方法,对举重挺举预蹲上挺中创新型技术———“双屈式”上挺技术进行了科学研究,认为“双屈式”上挺技术通过屈膝预蹲时配合相应的屈髋和翘臀的动作,使预蹲发力蹬腿同时能够辅以较大的伸髋动作,能最大限度地发挥运动员的腰背及腿部力量,加大了杠铃最后的上抛速度,从而能够提高上挺成绩;预蹲屈髋时杠铃重心水平前移导致的人体和杠铃总重心的前移,可以通过适当的翘臀动作予以弥补,以保持总重心的稳定。According to videotape analysis, consulting experts and the like, we made a research on the new skill-the technicality of both knee -bending and stooping in weightlifting. We draw a conclusion that a weightlifter, by means of extending his hipbones when treading legs, can take the best advantage of his waist strength and accelerate the final lifting spend of the barbell, so as to improve his results in the competition. In order to balance the whole centre of gravity, the weightlifter can move forward his own to meet the forward moving of that of the barbell when presquating. Through researching, we think this skill has a high value of popularizing.
