黑龙江省装备制造业高新技术应用对策研究

摘　　要：高新技术和装备制造业存在着相互依赖、相互促进、协同发展的互动关系。黑龙江省装备制造业存在技术基础薄弱、制造模式落后、技术人员外流等问题。黑龙江省传统产业的改造可以通过信息化改造,构建技术、组织、文化、体制的协同创新模式,进行产业结构整合,组建战略联盟,寻求合作创新范式等途径,实行产业的升级换代。Advanced technology and equipment manufacturing industry depends on and promotes each other, and thus develop together. Weak technology foundation, backward manufacture modes, and technical professionals＇drainage are some of the problems in Heilongjiang equipment manufacturing industry. The traditional industry of Heilongjiang Province can be rebuilt by means of information reformation, setting up innovative modes of coordination between technology, organization, culture and system, adjusting industrial configuration, organizing strategic alliance, seeking new patterns of collaborating innovation, and upgrading industrial structures.
