摘  要:采用一种带有中间带的粉末轧制技术,非挥发性金属粉末ZrAl_(16)被轧到镍或不锈钢基带的一个或两个表面上。粉末颗粒被牢固地机械嵌入基带的表面。因而不需进行随后的烧结或用粘结剂。由于放在轧辊和粉末之间的中间带比粉末软,粉末颗粒在轧制过程中的破碎和变形被大大降低。轧辊的磨损也大为降低。所得带材是一种具有高比表面,高抗热震性和耐机械振动的高性能吸气材料。The non-evaporable metal powder ZrAl16 was rolled on either one or two surfaces of smooth substrate of nickel or stainless steel by means of a powder rolling technique with intermediate strips. Powder particles were mechanically embeded in the surface of substrate strongly. Therefore neither subsequent sinter nor use of binder was needed. Since intermediate strips, which were placed between the roll and the powder, were softer than the powder used the crack and deformation of powder particles were reduced substantially. Also the wear of the rolls was reduced significantly. Thus obtained was a high performance getter strip with high specific surface area, high resistance of thermal shock and good endurance of mechanical vibration.
