摘 要:目前,虽然对基于数字图像处理技术的棒材计数系统的研究已经取得了很大的进展,计数准确度可以达到95%以上,但是尚无法满足在生产线上进行实用的工艺条件的要求。文章以某轧钢生产现场为背景进行观察和研究,以实用化为目标,提出了一些技术改进措施,例如采用投影法和双系统设计方案等,可以大大提高计数精度,实现棒材定支数包装和理论质量的准确计量,并且有利于开展负公差轧制,满足顾客对棒材支数和理论质量的计量要求。At present, counting mothod of steel bar in steel rolling production process basically is artificial counting or mechanical counting. Hence, there is larger error. Automatic counting research of stell bar based on digital image processing technique has obtained certain achierement and counting accuracy has come to over 95%. Design thought of automatic counting system for steel bar based on digital image processing technique is introduced. Realization scheme in 260 train of Anyang Iron and steel Co is presented. By use of the system, on - line counting of steel lear and precise measurement of theoretical weight can be realized. It is easy to organize production of megative tolerance rolling, meets client's need of theoretical weight delivery and favourable to improve enterprise's economic benefits.
