摘　　要：随着无线网络的飞速发展,对于无线网络提供商来说,如何对VIP用户提供更好的服务成为急待解决的问题。在这个背景下,论文提出了一个基于用户区分的无线蜂窝网络的呼叫接入控制算法。由于VIP用户能创造比普通用户更多的价值,在接入控制算法中体现为VIP用户享有比普通用户更高的优先级。基于该模型,提出了一个新的QoS参数CBP(CombinedBlockProbability)。文章最后的仿真结果表明该算法可以实现更高的系统收益。With the fast development of wireless network,how to provide better service to the VIP users is becoming a problem needing to be solved.In this background,this paper proposes a CAC algorithm based on user differentiation.Because VIP user can bring more profit to service provider than normal user,they are given higher privilege than normal user.We also have presented a new QoS metric.In the end of this paper,we have given the simulation result,and it shows this algorithm can achieve higher system utility.
