摘　　要：提出一种产品开发过程支持系统的体系结构,不仅支持过程的建模和执行,也实现了对过程的度量、分析、改进和异常处理的支持。研究了过程度量、过程仿真、过程改进和异常处理技术,设计和开发了相应的子系统。整个系统可以用于分布式异构环境中,可以很好地支持产品开发过程的管理与改进,同时能与其他系统进行集成。The architecture of the product development process modeling and executing,but also supports process process support system is presented.It not only supports measurement,analysis,improvement and exception handling. These techniques are researched and their corresponding sub-systems were developed.The system can be used in heterogeneous distributed environment.It supports product development process management and improvement,and at the same time it can integrate with many other systems.
