摘 要:通过对白马庙气藏水平井储层特性、伤害程度、产层段改造难点等的研究与认识,结合了将水平井与无限导流裂缝的物理模型相结合而获得的预测压裂水平井产能的简单方法,有针对性的筛选了适合该气藏水平井的加砂压裂增产工艺技术,即对施工井产层段的施工规模、压裂液体系、用砂强度等进行了优化,成功地实现了提高产能的目的,为下一步该气藏丛式井压裂设计提供了参考,也为该地区实现经济效益开发提供了新的技术手段。为四川乃至全国低渗、低孔砂岩气藏水平井的高效开发提供强有力的技术支撑,具有广阔的推广应用前景。Through studying and understanding on the reservoir characteristics, damage degree and the transforming difficulties of pay-zone section, combining the easy method of calculating the fracturing productivity in horizontal wells integrated by the horizontal well and the physical model of infinite diverting crack, this paper screens the sand fracturing stimulation technology which is used for the horizontal wells of that reservoir. It has realized the purpose of improving the productivity successfully, offered the reference for designing on the cluster wells of that reservoir in the future, and offered the new technique method for the economical production in that area, through optimizing the parameters of operation scale, fracturing fluid system and sand intensity. The technology has offered strong technique support for the economical production in horizontal wells of low permeability and low porosity gas reservoir, and it has wide prospect in application and development.
