聚合物驱解堵增注技术在孤岛油田的应用

摘　　要：针对孤岛油田注聚区由于聚合物堵塞造成注聚井停注或欠注以及油井液量下降的情况,研制开发了高效聚合物解堵剂DOC-8。DOC-8解堵剂不仅能解除聚合物堵塞,对交联聚合物引起的堵塞也有很强的恢复作用。同时研究配套了JNC-006酸处理剂,能解除粘土、机杂堵塞,可以进一步提高聚合物解堵效果。通过现场实施,该技术不仅能解除聚合物堵塞,对交联聚合物引起的堵塞也有很强的恢复作用,有较大的应用前景。According to the characteristics of polymer injection well stop inject or uninject and oil well low flow rate because of polymer plugging in the polymer injection fault-block in Gudao oilfield,the efficient polymer blocking remover,DOC-8.DOC-8 not only can break down polymer plugging but also for the cross-linked polymer plugging have strong restoring force. Researching on the acid-treating agent JNC-006 can break down the plugging of clay and mechanical admixture. This technique can further increase the result of polymer blocking. Spot application showed that this technology not only can break down polymer plugging but also for the cross-linked polymer plugging have strong restoring force,have good of Application foreground.
