摘  要:通过压制不同碱度的药皮焊条,运用化学成分、透射电镜及能谱分析熔敷金属的化学成分及其夹杂物,分析手工电弧焊熔池内脱硫过程。结果表明:随着药皮碱度增加,在熔池中形成的硫化物夹杂从细小单独的硫化物,如MnS、(MnFe)S等,变成硫化物包裹在尺寸较大、易于浮出的复合氧化物周围,从而有利于熔池内部的脱硫;硫在熔渣-铁水间的分配系数Ls与焊条药皮碱度B1的关系呈极大值的抛物线状;熔敷金属的含硫量ω(S)与焊条药皮碱度B1的关系为有极小值的抛物线状。The process of desulphuration in melting pool during are welding has been studied by means of chemical,transrnission and energy spectrum analysis of the deposited metal and inclusions in the electrodes with different coating basicities.The results reveal that,with the increase of coating basicity of electrode,the sulphide inclusions formed in welding pool changed from a small size sulphide,such as MnS,(MnFe)S,into a large size compound inclusion,which encircled the periphery of compound oxidate.The relative curve between distribution coefficient of sulphur,between slag and deposited metal(L),and baciscity of electrode was in parabolic shape in maximum.
