昆明山海棠联合甲氨蝶呤治疗老年起病类风湿关节炎

摘　　要：目的:观察昆明山海棠联合较小剂量甲氨蝶呤治疗老年起病类风湿关节炎(EORA)的疗效和安全性。方法:72例活动性EORA患者随机分成两组,治疗组40例,昆明山海棠3片口服,每日3次,甲氨蝶呤7.5mg口服,每周1次。对照组32例,口服甲氨蝶呤15mg,每周1次。疗程均24周。结果:治疗组在6周、12周、24周时有效率分别为32.5%、62.5%和82.5%。而对照组分别为34.38%、65.63%和78.13%,两组疗效比较P>0.05,但治疗组在日常生活能力、关节肿胀指数、关节肿胀数、关节压痛数和双手平均握力等指标的改善优于对照组(P<0.05),不良反应发生率较对照组少(P<0.05)。结论:昆明山海棠联合小剂量甲氨蝶呤治疗EORA有效、安全。Objective：To evaluate the efficacy the safety of tripterygium hypoglaucum combined with low dose methotrexate in the treatment of elderly onset rheumatoid arthritis（EORA）. Methods：72 patients with EORA were randomly divided into two group. The treatment group （n=40） was treated with tripterygium hypoglaucum 0.54 g per os,3 times a day and methotrexate 7.5 mg per os,once a week. The course of treatment in both groups was 24 weeks. Results：Mter treatment, the total effective rate at 6,12 and 24 weeks was 32.5%, 62.5% and 82.5% respectively in the treatment group,and 34.38%,65.63% and 78.123% respectively in the control group.The efficacy of two groups was near,without significant difference （P〉0.05）,but the treatment group was superior to the control group in some indices including ADL score,stength,index of joint tenderness and sweUing（P〈0.05）. Conclusion：Tripterygium hypoglaucum combined with low dose methotrexate is effective and safe in treating the elderly onset rheumatoid arthritis.
