复方氨肽素对进展期寻常型银屑病的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:探讨复方氨肽素对进展期寻常型银屑病的临床疗效。方法:将60例进展期寻常型银屑病患者随机分为治疗组与对照组,治疗组30例用复方氨肽素,对照组30例复方青黛丸治疗。结果:治疗组显效率73.33%,平均显效时间(15.27±2.34)天,对照组显效率43.33%,平均显效时间(24.23±5.21)天,且无明显不良反应。结论:复方氨肽素可作为治疗进展期寻常型银屑病的有效药物且安全性好。Objective.To study the clinical therapeutic effect of compound ampetide elemente in the treatment of psoriasis vulgaris in active stage. Methods：60 patients with psoriasis vulgaris in active stage were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,with 30 cases in each group. The treatment group was treated with compound ampetide elemente,while the control group with contpound qingdai wan. Results：The effective rate was 73.33% and mean begining-time was 15.27±2.34 days in the treatment group, both significantly higher than thos （43.33% and 24.23±5.21 days respectively） in the control group. The adverse reaction was not found in the treatment group. Conclusion： Compound ampeptide elemente is an effective and safe drug in the treatment of psoriasis vulgaris in active stage.
