摘 要:研究了TiCl_4/SiO_2—MgCl_2载体高效催化剂作用下的乙烯/己烯共聚,发现共聚合的催化效率高于乙烯均聚,从非均相Ziegler—Natta催化聚合的非稳态扩散动力学观点解释了这一现象。研究了所合成的改性HDPE范围的共聚物样品的热性能和拉伸性能,结果表明其性能与商品牌号样品性能相近。Copolymerization of ethylene/1 -hexene under a supported Ziegler-Natta catalyst has been studied. It has been found that the catalyst efficiency in copolymerization is higher than that in ethylene homopolymerization. This phenomenon has been explained in the view of unsteady diffusion kinetics of heterogeneous Ziegler-Natta catalyst. The thermal properties and tensile strength of the copolymers as synthesized have been analyzed and proved to be similar with those of commercial products of modified HDPE.
