异辛酸稀土合成工艺条件的研究

摘　　要：对异辛酸稀土的合成工艺进行了研究，得到合成异辛酸稀土的最佳工艺条件。在此最佳工艺条件下合成异辛酸稀土产品，不仅可充分保证产品的质量，而且可使稀土的转化率达到９９．９％以上，稀土收率达到９６％以上。In this paper,the technique of synthesizing isooctoate rare-earth is reported. Under the optimum reaction conditions,the isooctoate rareearth product was prepared. The result indicated that not only the quality of the product could intensively be insured,but also the conversion of rare-earth could reach 99.9%.The recovery of rare-earth could reach 96.0%.
