摘  要:介绍了日本旭化成公司生产的高电流密度电解槽的结构特点,总结了13万t/a高电流密度离子膜装置的运行情况,针对装置在建设过程中出现的6个问题进行探讨并提出了处理措施:①螯合树脂塔树脂流失;②不锈钢材质渗漏;③二次盐水管道渗漏;④脱氯塔陶瓷环破裂;⑤酸泵轴封泄漏;⑥特殊材料供应问题。The structural characteristics of high current intensity electrolyzers manufactured by Asahi Kasei Corporation of Japan are introduced. The running situation of 130 kt/a caustic soda ion-exchange membrane devices by high-current intensity is summarized. The six problems in the course of device establishing are discussed including resin loss in chelate resin towers, leakage of stainless steal materials, piping leakage in the secondary brine refining process, ceramicring breakage of dechloration towers,gland leakage of acid pumps and supplies of special materials. And the corresponding countermeasures are suggested.
