摘 要:为研究不锈钢粉尘含碳球团的还原机理,比较了含碳球团熔化速度和其中金属还原速度的相对大小,结果表明球团的还原速率大于熔化速率,渣对还原和熔化速度都有促进作用,含碳球团在AOD炉的第一个还原阶段末期加入时,金属的还原率最高。通过分析碳在渣和钢液间的迁移规律确定了碳有向渣中迁移的趋势;并估算了渣的粘度约为0.254Pa.s,渣钢间界面张力约为490mN/m。In order to study the reduction mechanism of the stainless steel-making dust mixed in the carbon pellet, the melting rate of the carbon pellet and the reduction rate of the metal in the pellet are compared. Results show that the reduction rate is greater than the melting rate and the slag has accelerated both the reduction rate and melting rate to some extent and the reduction rate of metal comes up to the highest when the carbon pellets are charged into the AOD at the end of the reduction phase. By investigation of the law on carbon transfer between the slag and liquid steel the tendency of transfer of the carbon to the slag instead of steel is determined. It's expected that the viscosity of slag is about 0. 254 Pa. s and the surface tension between slag and steel is about 490 mN/m.
