单宁胶用活性酚醛树脂交联剂的研究

摘　　要：提出了一种单宁胶用活性酚醛树脂交联剂的制备方法，分别以化学分析和核磁共振分析方法对其特定的性能指标进行分析测试，ＤＳＣ法研究其交联反应情况，并进行实验室压板测试。A preparation method of active phenol formaldehyde resins as crosslinking agent for tannin adhesives was introduced. Specific characteristics of the active phenol formaldehyde resins prepared were determined by chemical analysis and￣(13)C NMR respectively. The crosslinking reactions between tannin and PF resins were studied by DSC and laboratory scale plywood experiment was carried out.
