库存全血凝血因子Ⅷ、Ⅸ活性改变的研究

摘　　要：目的探讨凝血因子Ⅷ、Ⅸ活性在库存全血存放过程中的变化，为指导临床输血提供理论依据。方法采用SYS-MEXCA-1500型全自动血凝仪对20份4℃保存的全血在0，12，24，48，72h，4，5，7，10，14，21，28，33d不同时间点分别测定Ⅷ、Ⅸ活性。结果FⅧ：C在0h为131．74％±34．57％，4℃存放12h衰减20％，24h衰减48％，48h后衰减70％左右；FⅨ：C在0h为105．68％±16．42％，4℃存放12h无变化，24h后其活性维持在80％～70％。结论FⅧ：C体外生物半衰期为24h。FⅨ：C24h后基本维持80％～70％左右。Objective To explore the change of coagulation fator Ⅷ and Ⅸ activates of storage blood which provide theory basis of clinical transfusion. Methods 20 samples whole blood in 4 ℃ stroed,FⅧ：C and F Ⅸ ：C in stored blood was detected at 0,12,24,48,72 h,4,5,7,10,14,21,28and 33d respectively by SYSMEXCA-1500. Results FⅧ：C was 131. 74%±34. 57% in 4 ℃ stored blood at Oh and then the FⅧ： C decreased to 20%-48% of primary lever from 12 h to 24 h; the FⅧ ：C decreased 70% of primary level from 48 h;the FⅨ ：C was 105.68%-16.42% at 0 h and the FⅨ ：C no change at 12h and then FⅨ ：C sustained 80%-70% of primary level in 24h. Conclusion The half life of FⅧ is 24 h and F Ⅸ ：C sustain 80%-70% of primary level in 24 h.
