摘　　要：系统研究了用荧光光谱法测定尼尔雌醇的争件。发现在中性条件下，β-CD能显著增敏荧光，探讨了作用机理，提出了测定尼尔雌醇的高灵敏度荧光光谱分析新方法。体系的线性范围为2．63×10^-7～1．84×10^-5mol／L，检出限为9．4×10^-8mol／L。已用于市售尼尔雌醇片剂样品的分析。In this paper, different conditions for the determination of nilestriol with fluorescent spectrometry were investigated. It was found that β-cyclodextrin could enhance the fluorescence intensity greatly under neutral situation, thus a simple and highly sensitive approach was put forward with the linear range of 2.63×10^-7～1.84×10^-5mol/L and the detection limit of 9.4×10^-8mol/L, which has been successfully applied to the determination of nilestriol in tablets. The results were satisfactory.
