摘　　要：针对目前企业信息与业务过程分离的静态信息共享模式,提出基于工作流的主动信息共享系统框架,依托工作流管理系统平台,实现了以主动提供信息为主、高效信息查询为辅,推拉结合的信息共享机制,使相关信息伴随企业业务过程的推进而实现高效共享。以Agent为主要实现技术建立了基于工作流的主动信息共享原型系统,详细介绍了系统运行机制与实现结果。Along with the technology developing and increasing practical needs, the static sharing mode and separation of information from business processes severely hindered the improving of enterprise＇s operation efficiency. To overcome this, this paper proposes an idea of information active sharing based on workflow by taking a strategy with active delivery as the main method and efficient user query as the assistant. Such sharing mechanism can automatically retrieval relevant information about activities to current tasks from various, heterogeneous sources. We sketch the architecture of the system based on multi-agent technology and highlight some implementation details.
