摘 要:针对现有往复泵自动球阀运动规律数学模型存在的问题,修正并重建了描述自动球阀运动规律的精确微分方程组。该方程组是关于液缸内液体压力、泵阀升程及泵阀运动速度的常微分方程组,综合考虑了液体的可压缩性、魏氏效应、液体连续流动条件和泵阀的动力特性。应用数值方法建立了自动球阀运动规律的计算机仿真模型,通过数值模拟,得到各个参数对球阀运动动力特性影响的基本规律。To cope with the incorrectness of the mathematical model for the movement of the self-acting ball valve in the reciprocating pump, we rebuilt the accuracy differential equation group to describe the movement of the ball valve. That equation is an ordinary differential equation group about the fluid pressure in the fluid-cylinder device, as well as the lift range and velocity of the ball valve. In this mathematical model, we made the comprehensive consideration of the condensability of the liquid, the Westphal's effect, the continuous flow condition and the dynamic property of the ball valve. With the numerical method, we set up the realistic model for the valve. Through the numerical simulation, we can know how the dynamic property of the valve was impacted by each parameter visually.
