摘 要:为消除石油套管轧制和热处理后的尺寸及圆度误差等,一般要采用定径工艺。而作为石油套管制造最后生产环节的定径工艺决定了石油套管的尺寸和几何形状,同时也影响其机械性能。文章研究满足石油套管的尺寸和圆度要求下的定径量与残余应力的关系,进行石油套管定径时的变形规律分析,以便减小定径工艺产生的残余应力,获得最佳的定径效果,提高石油套管的机械性能,为定径工艺的制定提供理论依据。In order to eliminate the size and roundness tolerance after the oil casing pipe rolled and heat treated, the straightening process should be taken basically. As the sizing process, the last procedure of producing the oil casing pipe, plays a key roll not only in controlling the size and geometry shape of the oil casing pipe, but affecting its mechanical performance. Therefore, meeting the size and roundness tolerance requirement of the oil casing pipe, this paper presents an investigation in the relationship between the siz- ing measure and residual stress, and presents an analysis on sizing deformation process of the oil casing pipe. The goal is to reduce the residual stress of sizing process, achieve an ideal sizing result, enhance the mechanical performance of the oil casing pipe and provide a theoretical foundation of establishing the sizing process.
