摘  要:以往大庆油田螺杆泵井所用抽油杆柱大多都是沿用抽油机井上使用的普通连接结构抽油杆,这种抽油杆适合于上下往复运动,抗拉强度是抽油杆的主要抗力指标。而螺杆泵井所用抽油杆,其主要运动形式为旋转运动,承力方式也由抗拉变成抗扭,使得普通连接结构抽油杆应用在螺杆泵井上以后,经常出现断脱事故。针对这些现象,研制了插接式螺杆泵专用抽油杆和锥螺纹式螺杆泵专用抽油杆。文章介绍了2种结构抽油杆的防断脱原理、优化设计方法、室内检测及在大庆油田的使用情况,并针对现场出现的典型事故进行了分析,提出了相应的改进意见。Sucker rod with ordinary copular structure used in beam pump well had been applied in PCP well of Da qing oilfield. This kind of rod fits for up and down motion. Tensile strength is primary resistance cutezcon, rotation movement is mainly for sucker rod of PCP well, bearing force mode is turned into resistance torsion from resistance pull, Accident of rod broken and taken off was often appeared while Sucker rod with ordinary copular structure is used in PCP well. Special sucker rod of PCP with splicing mode taper thread mode was developed to eliminate such phenomena. Preventive broken principle, optimize design method, laboratory test and application instance of Da qing oilfield about upwards two kinds sucker rod are introduced simply in this article. Couesponding teeommendation is ginen as well.
