摘　　要：湖南省儿童医院党委在医院管理年活动中,在全省率先启动这项活动,在院内外宣传发动的基础上,组织全院各部门讨论开展管理年活动的具体可行措施,出台了“医生十不准、患者十免费、十个单病种限价”等实质性举措,并通过各大媒体向社会公布接受社会监督,努力减轻患者负担,获得了社会的广泛赞誉和主管部门的肯定。In Hunan Province, Hunan Children Hospital launched Hospital Management Year firstly. They discusses detailed methods of improving hospital management, including “10 commandments of doctors”, “10 free services for patients” and “highest cost of 10 cases”. They welcome social monitoring with public media and try to decrease patient medical cost. What they do get encourage by the public and the local health bureau.
