摘　　要：医院竞争力决定于医院的资源和能力。本文考察了医疗行业的竞争和服务特征,对卫生资源和医院能力进行讨论,区分医院综合竞争力和核心竞争力,比较综合竞争力评价体系,分析核心竞争力特点。医院战略目标体现医院竞争力,使用平衡记分卡有助于提高医院竞争力。Hospital competition comes from resource and capability. This article summarizes the characters of healthcare industry and discusses healthcare source and hospital capabilities, analyzes general competition and core competition, compares general competition evaluation system. In the end, the author analyzes hospital competition with balance score card.
