摘　　要：Two new eremophilenolides were isolated from the roots of Ligularia muliensis. Their structures were elucidated on the basis of the spectroscopic analysis as 6β-acetoxy-8β-hydroxyleremophil-7（11）-en- 12,8α-olide 1 and 6α-hydroxy-8βH-eremophil-7（11）-en- 12,Sa-olide 2.Two new eremophilenolides were isolated from the roots of Ligularia muliensis. Their structures were elucidated on the basis of the spectroscopic analysis as 6β-acetoxy-8β-hydroxyleremophil-7（11）-en- 12,8α-olide 1 and 6α-hydroxy-8βH-eremophil-7（11）-en- 12,Sa-olide 2.
