摘　　要：目前,我国电子合同的相关法律制度还不够成熟和完善,许多问题都尚处于摸索和探讨阶段。对电子合同订立中电子要约与承诺进行了比较详细的分析,并着重论述如何在传统合同框架下履行电子要约和承诺。At present time, the relative system of law of the electronic contract in our country hasn＇t been matured ano consummated, and lots of problems are still in the process of learning and discussing. The system gives a comparatively detailed analysis about the requirement and promise of the electronic contract, and focuses on how to carry out them in the traditional contract frame.
