新时期火电厂自动化的目标和任务

摘　　要：分析当前火电厂自动化发展情况,提出新时期火电厂自动化的目标应是“建设数字化电厂,深化信息化技术应用”。针对这一目标,“十一五”期间应完成3项主要任务:迎接厂级监控信息系统(SIS)建设高潮,促进SIS应用技术走向成熟;继续发展分散控制系统(DCS),要特别扭转重硬件、轻软件的局面,精心组态,积极开发和推进优化软件应用;积极稳妥推广应用现场总线系统,解决现场监控设备的现代化管理问题,建成真正意义上的数字化电厂。指出了热工和电气自动化一体化存在的问题及解决这一问题的关键所在。Based on recent automation development in fossil-fired power plant, the automation goal in thermal power plant during new period was proposed as ＂constructing digitized power plant and deepening IT application. ＂ During the Eleventh Five Year＇s Plan three major tasks should be fulfilled i.e. greeting the construction upsurge and promoting the mature application of SIS; developing DCS continuously and coordinating the hardware and software, configuring carefully and developing the optimization software; promoting the application of fieldbus system actively and steadily, solving modem management problems of field supervisory devices and building a real digitized power plant. This paper pointed out the problems in I＆C integration and its corresponding solutions.
