摘  要:为从根本上解决火电厂二氧化硫污染问题,促进火电厂烟气脱硫产业健康发展,对火电厂烟气脱硫产业化发展提出了规范火电厂烟气脱硫供方市场及火电厂烟气脱硫工艺技术选择原则,并开展火电厂烟气脱硫设施后评估。火电厂烟气脱硫工艺技术选择原则:(1)燃用煤中硫的质量分数大于等于1%,且容量大于200MW(含200MW)的机组建设烟气脱硫设施应重点考虑采用石灰石-石膏湿法脱硫工艺技术。(2)燃用煤中硫的质量分数小于1%并且容量小于200MW的机组,可考虑采用干法、半干法或其他一次性投资较低的成熟技术。(3)燃用煤中硫的质量分数小于1%的海滨电厂可考虑采用海水法脱硫工艺。In order to thoroughly solve the pollution problem of SO2 and improve the development of FGD in thermal power plants, this paper proposed the technical selection principles of FGD to standardize the supplying market and evaluate the post-FGD facilities. The technical selection principles of FGD can be detailed as: 1 )The Limestone-Gypsum process is preferred in case that the mass fraction of S in fired coal is more than 1% and the capacity of units is no less than 200 MW; 2)The mature low-cost technologies such as dry or semi-dry processes are applicable in case that the mass fraction of S in fired coal is less than 1% and the capacity of units is less than 200 MW; 3 )The seashore power plants with less than 1% mass fraction of S in fired coal can take the sea water process into consideration.
