摘　　要：具除草活性的脲嘧啶化合物属原卟啉原氧化酶抑制剂类除草剂。概述了该类除草剂的发展过程、作用机理、构效关系,并着重综述了近年来在脲嘧啶环3-位芳环上的的结构优化情况,具体介绍了3-位N-单苯环类、N-单杂环类、N-多芳环类、N-苯并杂环类典型化合物的化学结构、开发过程、合成方法、生物活性等。对它的发展趋势和前景作了展望。Herbicidally active uracil derivatives are protoporphyrinogen oxidase inhibitors. In this paper, we discuss the development of these herbicides, along with their mechanism of action and structure-activity relationships. Current research on structure optimization of the 3-aryl uracil derivatives is also presented, along with a detailed discussion of chemical structure, development, synthesis method, biological activity, and future prospects of several uracil derivatives.
