摘 要:室内测定了新型杀菌剂氰烯菌酯(2-氰基-3-氨基-3-苯基丙烯酸乙酯,试验代号:JS399-19)对20个小麦赤霉病菌(Fusariumgraminearm)的毒力,结果表明氰烯菌酯对所有野生型敏感菌株和多菌灵的抗药性菌株均表现极高的抑制活性,平均EC50分别为0.090±0.021μg/ml和0.097±0.035μg/ml。离体麦穗上的生物测定结果表明,500μg/ml氰烯菌酯对小麦赤霉病具有很好的保护和治疗作用,但不能被小麦穗颈吸收或是在小麦穗颈中的输导性较差。进一步研究了氰烯菌酯在田间防治小麦赤霉病的效果及对多菌灵抗药群体发展态势的影响,结果表明375ga.i./hm2氰烯菌酯施用1、2次,防效分别达到72.2%和86.1%,562.5ga.i./hm2和375ga.i./hm2氰烯菌酯对小麦赤霉病的防效与562.5ga.i./hm2多菌灵的防效差异不显著。同时发现使用多菌灵处理的小区,抗药性频率从对照的2.91%上升到14.81%,而氰烯菌酯处理的地区,多菌灵抗药性菌株出现的频率只有0%~1.39%。由此可以看出,氰烯菌酯可以作为一种治理小麦赤霉病的替代药剂,尤其在对多菌灵产生抗药性的地区。The toxicity of a new fungicide, code named JS399-19 (2-cyano-3-amino-3-phenylancryic acetate), against 20 Fusarium graminearum isolates was investigated in laboratory studies. JS399-19 showed equivalent activity against carbendazim-sensitive (MBC-S) and carbendazim-resistant (MBC-R) isolates, with mycelial growth inhibition EC50s of 90±21 and 97 ±35μg/L for MBC-S and MBC-R isolates, respectively. JS399-19 at 500μg/ml provided excellent protective and curative activity in controlling wheat scab of detached wheat heads, although it was not absorbed by peduncles or was poorly translocated within peduncles. Field studies were conducted to determine efficacy of JS399-19 in controlling wheat scab and the development of carbendazim-resistant populations of F. graminearum. Wheat scab control was 72.2 and 86.1% when JS399-19 at 375 g a.i./ha was applied once and twice, respectively. JS399-19 at 563 and 375 g a.i./ha provided control equivalent to that of carbendazim at 563 g a.i./ha, The frequency of earbendazim resistance increased from 2.9 to 14,8% in plots treated with carbendazim, while resistance frequency was only 0-1.4% in plots treated with JS399-19. JS399-19 appears to be a good candidate for controlling Fusarium disease in the field, especially in areas where MBC-R funzal populations have develoned.
