摘　　要：针对固碱工艺中存在的问题,将炉排法改为煤气发生炉熬制固碱,节能降耗,提高了产量和产品质量,并有效地解决了污染问题。According to the existing problem of production process, solid caustic soda decoction by coal-gas producer instead of taking coal as fuel could save energy and consumption. Capacity and quality of products were improved, and pollution problems were solved.
