摘 要:在[bm in]C l/FeC l3离子液体中由异戊醛合成2,4,6-三异丁基-1,3,5-三氧噁烷,转化率76%,选择性95%。优化反应条件为:异戊醛25 g,[bm in]C l/FeC l3[x(FeC l3)=0.67]2 g,室温反应1 h,离子液体能重复使用5次。The catalytic synthesis of 2, 4, 6-triibutyl-l,3,5-trioxane through the cyclotrimerization of isovaleradehyde by the ionic liquids of [ bmin] Cl/FeCl3 was studied. The results showed that the conversion of isovaleraldehyde and the selectivity of 2,4,6-triisobutyl-1,3,5-trioxane achieved 76% and 95%, respectively. The optimal conditions of the reaction (at room temperature for 1 h) were as follows: isovaleraldehyde was 25 g and [bmin]Cl/FeCl3 [x(FeCl3) =0.67] was 2 g. The ionic liquids of [brain] Cl/FeCl3 could be reused five times without decrease of the conversion and the selectivity.
