摘　　要：运用污染损失率函数和有机污染物衰减方程建立数学模型,把污染损失与污染物浓度、污染物降解时间联系在一起,突出了污染损失随着有机物衰减而发生的变化,并用福州市的工业废水有机污染物排放情况验证模型。The function of pollution loss ratio mathematic model.
