摘 要:研究了影响烷基磷酸酯钾盐乳液粒径的各种因素,分析了乳液粒径与稳定性之间的关系,并且深入探讨了乳液粒径对聚酯短纤维性能的影响。结果表明,随着中和温度的升高,pH值的增大,烷基磷酸酯钾盐乳液粒径减小;但随着冷却时间的延长,C12烷基磷酸酯钾盐乳液粒径增大,C18烷基磷酸酯钾盐乳液粒径减小。乳液稳定性随着粒径的减小而增加,乳液粒径对聚酯短纤维的抗静电性影响较小,但对纤维的摩擦特性有较大影响。The factors influencing on the particle sizes of potassium salts of alkyl phosphate(PK) emulsion were studied. The relations between the particle sizes and the stability of the emulsion were analyzed and the effects of particle sizes of PK emulsion on the properties of polyester(PET) staple fiber were discussed. The results indicated that the particle sizes of PK emulsion decreased with the increases of the neutralization temperature and pH value, but when the cooling time was prolonged, the particle sizes of C12PK increased, while those of C18 PK decreased; the stability of the emulsion was improved with the decrease of the particle size of the emulsion; the particle sizes of PK emulsion, which had little influence on the antistatic property of PET staple fiber, had marked effects on the frictional property of the fiber.
