摘　　要：该倡仪分析了国内管理科学与系统科学学科建设中存在的若干问题;建议在学界弘扬“科学、民主”的精神,在网上进行讨论,以便更好地推动学术的发展。Were discussed some problem in the development of Management and Systems Sciences in China. It was suggested that the scientific and democratic spirits should be developed in our academic circles and learning issues might be discussed on Internet to promote the disciplines.
