摘　　要：Vietnam’s social and economic reform, which started at the end of 1986, has witnessed a process of stable evolution. In the past 20 years,Vietnam has gradually shaken off its political and social crisis due to its reform,withstood the immense pressure brought by the fall of the Soviet Union and Eastern European communism,overcome the negative impact of the financial crisis of East Asia and thus created a sound situation of political and social stability,stable economic growth and a gradual rise of international status. However,the existing problems in its evolution cannot be solved without further deepening reform.Vietnam＇s social and economic reform, which started at the end of 1986, has witnessed a process of stable evolution. In the past 20 years, Vietnam has gradually shaken off its political and social crisis due to its reform, withstood the immense pressure brought by the fall of the Soviet Union and Eastern European communism, overcome the negative impact of the financial crisis of East Asia and thus created a sound situation of political and social stability, stable economic growth and a gradual rise of international status. However, the existing problems in its evolution cannot be solved without further deepening reform.
