对荆州市民营经济发展的定位思考

摘　　要：随着社会经济的发展,一些隐形的问题和矛盾由于没有得到及时的解决,已经波及到了民营经济的持续发展。根据国内经济发展情况,结合荆州民营经济发展的实际,要想促进民营经济的健康发展,应从以下几个方面着手:把握一个“前提”,发挥两种“职能”,搞好三个“结合”,解决四个“问题”,实现五个“突破”。In this thesis,according to the developing situation of domestic economy and combining with the practice in the private economy of Jingzhou, the authors think that we should take measures as following aspects to promote the favourable development of private economy： grasping one ＂premises＂, excuting two ＂fuctions＂, settling three＂integrations＂, solving four ＂problems＂, achieving five ＂breakthroughs＂.
