摘　　要：在介绍湿地定义、作用和现状的基础上讨论了湿地与洪水及洪水资源化的关系,分析了湿地恢复与重建的概念,介绍了洪水资源化利用的方法和措施。从洪水资源化内涵、定义的角度出发,研究了利用蓄滞洪区恢复和重建湿地的思路、类型与措施,并给出了水库湿地联合调度模型,为进一步分析恢复和重建湿地的模式提供了方法和依据。Based on an introduction of the definition, function, and current situation of wetland, the relationship between wetland and flood resources was discussed. The conception of restoration and reconstruction of wetland was analyzed, and measures for flood resources development and utilization were introduced. Furthermore, the idea and measures for wetland restoration by means of flood storage and detention regions were studied from the angles of connotation and definition of flood resources utilization, and a reservoir-wetland combined operation model was established, providing a basis for analysis of approaches for wetland restoration and reconstruction.
