摘　　要：激光测微仪可无接触地测量直径为几微米～几十微米的细丝。在Z-80单板机的控制下,可将一轴成千上万米长的细丝从头至尾进行逐点测量。并将总长和各种超差长度及其所占百分比等数据打印出来,以便评定该轴细丝的质量等级。The laser micrometer can measure fine thread of diameter in the order of a few μm～several tens μm with no touch. Under the control of a Z-80 single board computer, a spool of fine thread up to ten thousand meters can be measured point By point.and from end to end. The datum of the whole length and the length of various overgauge of fine threads, and its ratio of the latter to the former are printed out, so that quality of fine thread of the spool is evaluated.
