摘　　要：将测定梭曼的二异亚硝基丙酮法与梭曼水解酶的酶反应结合起来，建立了一种快速、简便、微量的梭曼水解酶测定方法，发现８种细菌的细胞内液中存在梭曼水解酶，在细菌培养基中及细菌表面均未测到该酶活性。An assay for the analysis of the activity of somanase was established on basis of coupling of the enzymatic reaction with the determination of the residual substrate soman by using the diisonitrosoacetone method. The procedure is simple and manageable. Somanase activity has been found in all of the eight strains of bacteria examined by the assay. The enzyme exists neither on the surface membrane nor in the extracellular medium, but exclusively locates in the cytoplasm.
