摘　　要：目的分析疾病控制领域媒体监测结果。探讨疾病控制领域媒体临测系统的建设。方法用文献查阅法对各种媒体进行监洲，并用Excel软件进行统计分析。结果①2004年10月10日～2005年3月31日，监测网站138个，收集疾病控制相关信息2029条。②信息主要来源于新华网、新浪网等知名网站。③信息收集时侧和发布时间之差最短为当天收集。最长为106d，平均0．60d。④病种信息收集每前3位依次为传染病、伤吉、其他。⑤信息内涵分类收集量由大到小依次为疫情发生和流行、工作动态、监测结果、其他、危害因素预测预报、政策法规、科研、专家建议、官员参与、会讯、经验交流和防病常识。⑥信息属地分类由大到小依次为同外、省外和省内。⑦探讨了媒体、媒体功能、媒体临测及其在疾病控制领域中应用。结论媒体监测系统是现代疾病控制工作的一个重要手段，媒体监测系统必须建立相应的监洲网络、临测机制、监测模型，质量控制模式，以此作为现行疾病监测的补允。Objective To analyse the results of media surveillance in areas of disease control and discuss how to build media surveillance system. Methods Literature review was used to search the various media information and Excel software was used to analysis the data. Results ①2 029 pieces of infomaa lion were collected from 138 websites during Oct. 10th, 2004 to March 31st, 2005. ②The main murces were from xinhuanet and sina. ③The time difference from infomlation release to collection varied from 0 to 106 days with average of 0.6 day. ④infectious diseases ranked the largest aznount, followed by injury and others. ⑤When sorted by the information subjects, the information on epidemic situation ranked the highest place, followed by working slams, surveillance results, others, risk factors prediction, policies and laws, researches, expert recommendations, government officers involvement, conferences, experience conmmnication, and general knowledge on diseases. ⑥The amount of information from provinces ranked the highest, followed by the infommtion on foreign countries and Guangdong province. ⑦The media, media function, media surveillance and its application in areas of disease control were discussed. Conclusions The media surveillance system was an important strategy in areas of disease control and could be an important supplement of current disease surveillance system. Corresponding media surveillance network, mechanism, model, and quality control model.
