全身炎症反应综合征载脂蛋白AⅠ的变化及临床意义

摘　　要：目的探讨全身炎症反应综合征(SIRS)病人载脂蛋白AⅠ(ApoAⅠ)的变化及临床意义。方法入选SIRS病人49例作为实验组,再根据MODS评分分为MODS>8分组及MODS评分≤8分组,选非SIRS病人52例作为对照组。实验组与对照组病人均在入院24 h内采取静脉血检测ApoAⅠ、TC、TG水平。结果SIRS病人血ApoAⅠ、TC水平降低,并且与MODS评分≤8分组相比,二者的水平在MODS>8分组病人中降低更明显。结论SIRS病人存在脂质代谢紊乱,MODS的加重与低水平ApoAⅠ有关。Objective To investigate the change of the serum apolipoproteinA Ⅰ level in the patients with systemic inflammatory response syndrome（SIRS）. Methods 49 patients with SIRS were divided into two groups according to the MODS score. One was MODS score 〉 8 group, the other was MODS score ≤ 8 group. 52 patients with no SIRS were regarded as control group. The blood samples of all the patients were collected to detect apolipoproteinA Ⅰ, total cholesterol（TC） and triglyceride within 24 hours after admission. Results ApolipoproteinA Ⅰ , total cholesterol levels were lower in SIRS group and in MODS score 〉 8 goup. Conclusion The patients with SIRS have the lipi＆ metabolic disorder and MODS exacerbation is related to lower apolipopmteinA Ⅰ .
