摘　　要：随着《可再生能源法》的颁布施行,水能在我国能源发展中将扮演着越来越重要的角色。依法加强水能资源管理工作,历史性地摆到了各级政府水行政主管部门面前。当前在水能资源管理中既存在着认识上的偏差,也存在着体制的缺失和管理职能的缺位与错位。贯彻落实《可再生能源法》,首先要提高认识,依法管理;其次要加快立法配套,解决好管理职能的落实,再次是加大相关部门的协调与合作,形成执法能力。After the issue and implementation of the Renewable Energy Law, water energy plays increasingly important role in China＇s energy development. Water energy resources management in accordance with law is presented to water administrative departments al all levels. The current water energy management lacks of correct awareness and perfect institutional and management functions. In the implementation of the Renewable Energy Law, the first step is to increase awareness and conduct management in line with the law; then quickens the supplementary regulations formation process, clarify management functions, and execute the legal terms by strengthening coordination and cooperation of relevant departments.
