摘 要:目的探讨饮食诱导肥胖(DIO)大鼠血清可溶性肿瘤坏死因子受体2(sTNFR2)与胰岛素抵抗(IR)的关系。方法采用双抗体夹心ELISA法检测大鼠血清sTNFR2水平,放免法检测血清肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)、空腹胰岛素(FINS)水平。结果DIO大鼠血清sTNFR2、TNF-α水平显著高于对照组和饮食诱导肥胖抵抗(DIO-R)大鼠(P<0.01),DIO大鼠血清sTNFR2、TNF-α水平均与胰岛素敏感指数(ISI)呈负相关(P<0.05)。结论sTN-FR2在肥胖相关的IR发生中可能起重要作用。Objective To study the relationship between serum soluble tumor necrosis factor receptor 2 (sTNFR2)and insulin resistance(IR)in diet-induced obesity (DIO) rats. Methods The level of serum sTNFR2 was determined by enzyme linked immunosorbent assay(ELISA). The concentrations of serum tumor necrosis factor α(TNF-α) and fasting insulin (FINS) were measured by radioimmunoassay. Results The levels of sTNFR2 and TNF-α of DIO rats were significantly higher than those of the controls and diet-induced obesity resistant(DIO-R) rats( P 〈 0.01 ). Insulin sensitivity index(ISI) was in stongly negative correlation with the levels of serum sTNFR2 and TNF-α in DIO rats ( P〈0.05 ). Conclusion sTNFR2 may play an important role in IR related to obesity.
